The Citizenship By Investment Program in Grenada allows investors to acquire citizenship with an investment of $270,000 USD into a government-approved real estate project.
Individual investments or joint investments are accepted. However, each party must invest a total sum of at least $270,000 USD. Investors are required to hold their investment for at least 5 years to maintain citizenship.
